A house set back from the square
The hotel occupies no. 28, on the north side of the place des Vosges — the side that belongs to the 3rd arrondissement — and describes itself as surrounded by shaded gardens. The building is partly protected as a historic monument.
It is part of the group Chevalier Paris, which also runs the Hôtel du Petit Moulin in the Haut-Marais, and its website carries the logo of the Virtuoso travel network. Atout France classified it five stars on 20 November 2023.
Rooms, spa and table
The fifty-six rooms include a family apartment made of two communicating Superior rooms for up to four people, as well as family suites. The hotel lists individual air conditioning and, on request, a room adapted for guests with disabilities.
The Spa de la Reine, run with the Codage brand, combines two treatment rooms, a hammam, a jacuzzi and a fitness room. The restaurant Anne, which the hotel places at the heart of the square, is run by chef Thibault Sombardier; the website also has a brunch and bar section.
The neighbourhood on foot
The Maison de Victor Hugo, at no. 6, is about three minutes away on foot. Further south, a passage through the garden of the Hôtel de Sully leads to rue Saint-Antoine, five minutes from the hotel. Our guide to the place des Vosges gives the opening hours of the square.
