The hotel is at 112 boulevard de Sébastopol, at the northern edge of the 3rd arrondissement in the Arts-et-Métiers quarter. It is a boulevard address rather than a Marais lane. The pay-off is transport: Strasbourg - Saint-Denis, on lines 4, 8 and 9, is about a minute away on foot, Réaumur - Sébastopol (lines 3 and 4) four minutes, and Arts et Métiers (lines 3 and 11) six.

Atout France, the national agency that classifies hotels, rated it four stars on 21 July 2022, for 43 rooms. It belongs to Groupe Centaurus and is managed by Centaurus Hospitality Management. The hotel says it has held the Clef Verte sustainable tourism label since 2024.

Services

Beside the gym, with mirrored walls and connected equipment, the hotel has an honesty bar that never closes and a shop of Made in France brands at reception. Rooms are air-conditioned. The hotel’s FAQ lists a communicating room for two guests and a child, and says that some rooms are adapted for reduced mobility; small pets are accepted for a supplement. Some rooms come with a balcony, in the categories that mention one.

The hotel has no restaurant, no spa and no pool, and no car park of its own; its services page mentions only a public car park nearby.

The Marché des Enfants-Rouges, the Museum of Hunting and Nature and the Museum of Jewish Art and History all lie about 1,150 metres away on foot, around 14 minutes, so the Marais proper means a metro ride or a long walk.

The three-star Hôtel du Plat d’Étain, 46 rooms, is the closest hotel, at about 150 metres. With 43 rooms, the Marais Grands Boulevards is smaller than all three. Hôtel Au Cœur des Arts et Métiers, 26 rooms, is about 450 metres away.
