The hotel is at 19 rue du Vertbois, in the 3rd arrondissement and the Arts-et-Métiers quarter, a few minutes north of the Marais proper. Arts et Métiers station (lines 3 and 11) is three minutes away on foot, Temple (line 3) four, and République six: lines 3, 5, 9 and 11 still serve it, but line 8 does not stop there from 22 July 2026 to April 2027 (works).

Rooms and equipment
The house has been fully renovated and has a lift and air conditioning. The hotel lists a double room with its own patio, a Suite Familiale built around a sofa bed and a double bed, and a ground-floor double room accessible to guests with reduced mobility. A paid-parking service is listed, without saying whether it is on site, so ask before counting on it.
The list of what is missing is short but real: no restaurant, bar, spa or gym. The Technogym room belongs to a sister hotel, Au Cœur de République.
