Rue Commines, between two stations
Hôtel Suzie Blue is at 2 bis rue Commines, between the Filles du Calvaire and Saint-Sébastien – Froissart stations, in the Enfants-Rouges administrative quarter of the 3rd arrondissement. It is an independent hotel: no chain or group appears in its legal notice.

Coffee shop, rooms and rules
The hotel doubles as a coffee shop open to the neighbourhood, with speciality coffee, matcha and brunch; breakfast is served à la carte. Suzie Blue describes it as the beating heart of the place.
The 31 rooms have headboards in turned wood, marble wall lights, blown glass and linen curtains, with contemporary photographs, illustrations and portraits on the walls. Heating or air conditioning runs according to the season, in line with the Clef Verte label. The Spacy room sleeps up to three; the hotel lists no family or communicating rooms.
Small dogs up to 15 kg are welcome for a supplement. There are no rooms adapted for reduced mobility, and no car park of its own, though guests get a preferential rate in a partner car park.
Picasso, Enfants-Rouges and the neighbours
The Musée Picasso, in the Hôtel Salé, and the Marché des Enfants-Rouges are each about five minutes away on foot. The Musée Cognacq-Jay and the Musée de la Chasse et de la Nature are about eight minutes, the Musée Carnavalet about nine and the place des Vosges about twelve.
Several four-stars are within five minutes on foot. Maison Saintonge, three minutes away, is smaller (22 rooms) with a patio; the Hôtel du Petit Moulin, four minutes away, has 17. The Boudoir des Muses, four minutes away, adds two private spas, one with a pool, in a listed former theatre. 1K Paris, five minutes away, is larger (48 rooms) with a restaurant, bars and a gym. Walking times follow the site’s method (straight-line distance times 1.3, at 80 metres a minute). The Villa Beaumarchais, five minutes away, has 50 rooms around a planted patio and family rooms.
